Your AI Cloud Runs the Agent. It Doesn’t Prove What It Did.

A new layer of the cloud grew up fast. Two years ago the neoclouds, the CoreWeaves and Lambdas and Crusoes and Together AIs of the world, mostly rented you bare GPUs by the hour. Now they run your inference, host your models, and increasingly run your agents. Groq refocused entirely on inference cloud. Together sells a one-vendor compute-plus-inference pipeline. The stack moved up.

That is good for anyone building. Cheaper compute, more places to run, less lock-in on raw hardware. But it quietly widened a gap that matters more the further up the stack you go.

The compute is portable. The proof is not.

Here is the thing nobody rents you. When your agent runs on someone else's GPUs, the record of what it did lives in that provider's logging plane. It is their format, their retention, their dashboard. You can read it while you are their customer. You cannot easily hold it, prove it was not edited, or carry it with you when you move to the next cloud for price or capacity.

And you will move. The whole point of the neocloud era is that compute is a commodity you shop for. A single agent workflow might hit one provider for inference, a hyperscaler for storage, and your own cluster for the sensitive step. Each of them sees its own slice. None of them sees the whole run. So the honest answer to "which agent did what, across all of it" is that no single provider can tell you, and the provider-specific pieces reset every time you switch.

That is the gap. Your agents are portable. Your proof of what they did is trapped in whichever cloud happened to run them.

Sign it where it runs

Vorim Claimproof takes a different approach. Instead of collecting logs from each provider after the fact, it signs each agent action at the moment it happens, in the same SDK call that already gives the agent its identity and permissions. Agent identity, the authority it was delegated, the scope it exercised, the verdict, the outcome, all signed at the source, before anything reaches a provider log.

Because the proof is bound to the action rather than to the cloud, three things become true.

It survives a migration. Move from one neocloud to another and your record moves with your workloads, not with your bill. Switching providers never resets your history.

It spans clouds. A run that touched three providers stitches into one continuous, signed record, so the answer to what happened does not depend on which cloud you ask.

It is verifiable by anyone. A customer, an auditor, or a partner can check a Claimproof bundle offline, without an account on your cloud and without trusting you. Cryptographic proof, not a dashboard you control.

Cloud-neutral on purpose

Claimproof does not care whose GPUs you rent. It runs through the same TypeScript and Python SDKs that already give your agents identity, permissions, and signed audit trails, wherever those agents execute. Keep your neocloud, your hyperscaler, your orchestrator, your tools. The proof is a by-product of running your agents through Vorim, and it stays yours when the compute underneath changes.

Why this compounds

You cannot sign last quarter's actions after the fact. So the longer your agents run through Vorim, the longer your unbroken, tamper-evident history becomes, and neither a cloud provider nor a new vendor can reproduce that from editable logs. The record follows your agents. Switching clouds is a billing decision, not a reset of everything you can prove.

For the providers too

If you run a neocloud or an inference platform, your customers are starting to ask the same question of you. They need to prove what their agents did, to their own customers and auditors, and compute alone does not answer it. A signed accountability layer offered on top of your GPUs turns provable agent execution into a reason to build on you, rather than a gap your customers go elsewhere to fill. That is a conversation we are glad to have.

The point

The neocloud era made compute a thing you shop for. That is the right direction. It just means the thing that stays constant can no longer be the cloud. It has to be the record of what your agents actually did, held by you, provable anywhere, independent of whose hardware ran it that day.

Rent whichever GPUs you like. Keep one record you can stand behind.
