From Code to Motion: Vorim AI and SnappyCompliance Partner on Provable Physical AI

AI agents are leaving the browser. The same models that draft emails and reconcile invoices are starting to schedule warehouse robots, steer inspection drones and move equipment on hospital floors. That's a bigger step than it looks, because the question an enterprise asks before deployment changes shape. It's no longer only "was the agent allowed to do that?" It's "can we prove what happened, from the decision in software to the motion in the world?"

Today SnappyCompliance and Vorim AI are partnering to answer that question together.

Two layers, one record

Vorim is the compliance system of record for the digital half. Every agent gets a cryptographic identity and scoped permissions, each action is checked before it runs, high-stakes actions can be escalated to a named human, and everything is signed into a tamper-evident record that an auditor or counterparty can verify offline. That tells you which agent decided what, on whose authority, and whether it was allowed.

SnappyCompliance covers the physical half. It gives robotics teams automated compliance for the machines they build: design pre-checks against the EU Machinery Regulation and the AI Act, AI-generated technical files, and continuous monitoring once a system is deployed. That tells you whether the hardware and its safety case were in order when the actuator fired.

Neither layer is enough on its own. A perfectly signed decision means little if nobody can show the robot that carried it out was compliant. A perfectly documented robot means little if nobody can show which agent told it to move, or whether that agent had the right to. The gap between the two is exactly where a regulator's questions land.

What we're building

The partnership joins the two records at the handoff. A Vorim authorization record carries a stable digest, a canonical hash of the signed decision. Carry that digest into the machine-side event SnappyCompliance monitors, and you get a verifiable link between what was authorised and what physically occurred, with each side preserved by the layer responsible for it. The agent's decision stays in Vorim's signed chain. The machine's compliance state stays in SnappyCompliance's record. An auditor can walk from one to the other and check both without trusting either vendor.

That's the same design principle we apply everywhere: keep the authority that made a decision separate from the evidence that it happened, and make both independently verifiable. It's why the join is a digest rather than a shared database.

Why it matters now

Physical AI is where the cost of an unanswerable question is highest. A refund issued by mistake is reversible. A robot arm that moved when it shouldn't have is not, and the first thing a regulator, an insurer or an injured party's lawyer will ask is who authorised it and what the safety case said at that moment. Teams shipping robots in the next two years will need that answer ready before deployment, not reconstructed after an incident.
